brother.... it's not just those damn fill in the blank it's what cannot be controlled/patrolled/sustained/....in them dem int'l waters.
look into longlineing, shark finning, aquarium exotic spe....you get the picture....it's up to us environmetalists...ooops i meant fishers/hunters/landkeepers and protectors of the gamelands we ALL wish to feed from.

it would kind of seem that "greenies" who wish to preserve the envoriment and those that seek it's bounty would read the same pages, yet not only a separate book they read, but a separate library they visit.
