Anyone else out on the water today in MB? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Just wondering if there is any kelp bed or structures outside Mission bay entrance? I was fishing inside last week, then paddle outside the jetty a bit but didn't see anyone fishing or kelp on the FF. Also, don't see many kayaks out there. May be if the tuna comes close enough, I would go out of mission bay.
