Believe it or not, I thought my coffee days were done
But after no caffeine for 13 days and still having a heart beat rate above 100 bpm
I decided to drink 6oz and I could feel my heart smoothing out. So I got my meter and got for the first time a heart rate in the low 90s 6oz more and that's it still 90s. But to much could throw me into arrhythmia
