Thx PAL.

I also heard (radio) that the MLPA is now being challenged by by some of the native american tribes along the coast, in particular the Chumash band. If implemented the MLPA would impede their way of life and affect their ability to conduct sacred rituals.

One of the spokespersons for the native americans through out the "supreme court challenge" statement....The spokeperson said that it was the first time that many of these disperate bands have ever worked together to fight against an issue.
