The biggest and best fish I have seen taken from LJ have been caught in the "red zone". I do believe kayak fishing,with these new bounderies is in jeppardy, but thats just my opinion...

so the reserve is .67 nm from launch, the condo is 1.4nm to get to new boundry ( Pt. LJ)is another 1.1nm..or more? Hope I'm wrong.
