If you are in the San Diego area, you can try the La Jolla Shores boat launch.
Paddle west past the yellow bouys, make bait, or drop a line with squid in or near the kelp and you are set. |

Do not even think about fishing Elsinore. Just don't. There are many, many better options out there.
For example: Any body of water other than Lake Elsinore. Exception: Carp fishing. (yummy) ![]() ![]() ![]() |
