Ugh,
Uni in Japanese, is the roe of the urchin, the egg sack. It's super buttery, creamy even if you get if fresh out of the urchin. Makes me puke on command. But if you can tolerate it, I guess there's nothin better. My wife goes nutty for the stuff (being Japanese and all). Good luck with that. Willy |
