Being satisfied...

After all the smoke clears, one thing is for sure and that is your need to be satisfied with which route you pick.

I personally have had Andy do a repair on one of my past kayaks (Hobie Quest) and I most say he does excellent work at a very reasonable rate. I was glad that I had him do the repairs. With that said, if you are on a low budget have Andy repair the yak and move forward.

If you do not feel 100% comfortable with this work being done then save the $$$ for the 2011 hull purchase. This is far cheaper than a "new" purchase! In the end it's your decision on new hull vs repaired hull.

Just be happy with the choice you pick!
