Ken said we logged 12 miles, you can see the scale at the right corner of my F/F We were less than 4 miles out. The fleet of boats was about 6-7 miles out and killed em that morning.

BFT tacos, tasty!



I tried a new "sauce", jalapeño aioli. I got the recipe out of Westways Magazine.



Well received by the "Chopped" judges!

You can of course tweak the recipe to your own taste. I added more peppers, garlic and lime zest.

It was always a battle in our house to get the first knife into virgin peanutbutter. So I can only imagine. I hope Nico wasnt involved.
