Got Fresh Fish? Make Ceviche!!
Any fresh fish will do. I used some white sea bass
and my old baja style ceviche recipe from FishermansBelly.com: http://bit.ly/1QKpUkm I did add fresh cut mangos. But I think the key is to use medium to large cut pieces of fish, plus make sure it's fresh!! Perfect for the Holidays.
