I can probably make it, more or likely without license. My biggest concern is transporting from cartop to launch site. I do have my kayak wheel cart which will stow in the front hatch so I dont mind dragging it a few blocks if necessary. Somebody mentioned a parking lot? My lady will probably object as she does not share the same passion, but she will get over it. 'sides, gives me an opportunity to attempt my first surf launch, waders and all.

May I suggest someone play the National Anthem at a determined time and broadcast over channel 72 followed by a moment of silence.
