I could totally see this happening....if it does happen what can you do to them legally?

Intersting, on one hand they increase the responsibility of the DFG, and on the other they cut back on resources to enforce and start relying on savant vigilantes to do it... And they said Jerry had no buisness experience.

I wonder if there will be 'volunteer groups' asked to patrol the freeways when the CHP gets some budget cutbacks.
