If appeals really go through(as stated) there will be a three judge panel instead of the one socialistic biased judge who put the mlpa on the books....maybe a glimmer of hope still exists.

The EcoTerrorists BUY these closures and use the threat of Expensive Lawsuits to Keep the Waters Closed.
