I find that a cheapo pair of rain pants and jacket is all you need for cold protection this time of the year. Water temp should be in the upper 50 to lo 60 range. Straight out to slightly south of the launch @ around 1 mile will put you in 100-125 feet. South of the launch is where the kelp is.
