Both ends of the island have shallow shoals that produce a lot of spots. Also there are a lot clam beds around. The Sandbass hold on them pretty well. I like to throw 5"-6" swim baits paired with an 1oz- 1 1/2oz jig heads. On the shoals I throw a 4" swim with a 1/2oz lead head. Greens and silvers are good colors.

There are barracuda all in the bay. As far as the bigger ones schooling in the mouth, I can not answer that. I would be lying if I said yah or nah.
