I am not worried about a dry ride, it keeps you cool on a hot ass day!
How well does it move with the arms out, not using the sail, compared to the PA?

Halibu77 is definitely dialed in. Before I had to face reality, I was looking at these boats. There's also a video on youtube of some guys taking three AI's to Catalina camping. Fishing, spearfishing, paddle boards and camping gear. They can carry a lot of gear and still sail well. No regrets on the used outback, but I still want an AI.

I haven't had any issues with the bait tank and the sail. The furling line hangs just above the bait tank. Right now, I do prefer the AI over the PA. At least in San Diego Bay. If it's a slow day, I can always just sail around and relax. Not sure which I would prefer in LJ though. Hopefully I'll find out soon.
