Did you purchase the revo new or buy it used? also, which type of drive is prone to leaks- turn cam or click and go?

Hobie should back their product even if you aren't the original owner, these things are pricy. Hope it works out for you.

Its the cams that are more prone to cracks....metal to plastic is no bueno but i have heard that for some reason the newer revos still suffers from it. Heard rumors but op is the first actual case

Op can you post pics? One from far so we see where it is and up close

Hobie very generously pro rates out of warranty kayaks. Example of Benny's 6 years use of a kayak and multiple owners, and then getting a brand new one at a fraction of the cost of new. The cracking described is very rare, I have had one come through my store and Hobie was very surprised to hear it on a newer drive.

Thanks to everyone for your info and encouragement. I bought the kayak new from fast lane in November of 09. I stared to see water a couple of months ago, but just thought it was coming in from the top when a wave washed over me at launch. It continued to get worse and I saw significant water even if I went to the bay. Fastlane has filed a picture with Hobie and I am waiting to hear from them. I hope I don't lose too much fishing time while I am waiting to hear.

I just heard from the guys at fast lane, Hobie is replacing the kayak. Great news and I am very happy they are standing behind their product.
