Not even close...Either I got lucky or fishing Mexico is easy...or at least easier
than La Jolla. While it may seem that LJ is easy and fish gravitate towards it, there are lots of things about it that really make it difficult sometimes. I appreciate the vote of confidence, but 1 Mex trip doesn't change things... ...I've got a long way to go. |

Nice to see the skunk go away. Great YT
After a trip like that I might have taken some off fishing. Not Dave, after me not fishing most of the month, I see you out there morning and night. Hard core ![]() Right before we came in I get hit by something large. Got it close to the yak then it pulls the hook. Strange thing was when I reeled in, the tail of the mack was still on my trap hook. Never seen that before, its always the head that comes back. Big squid I think. |
