Just head down Rosecrans and turn left on Garrison and that runs right into Fisherman's Landing.

There is a paid ACE parking lot there at FL and you get 1/2hr free to unload and then if you want you can find free off street parking if you want- Parking Rates change daily so check the signs on the booth as you pull in.
