rule number #1
always set a a comfortable limit . i think jorge brought this up recently. with all the recent postings it can be tempting to try something not wise . 2 -3 ' is a hand full , let alone 4 -5 ' especially for the inexperienced . a couple other things mentioned from the pro's . wear a belt with you'r waders , and the golden rule is where you'r head goes your body will follow . congratulations on you'r first on the water recovery . now you can check that one off and you know you can perform one as needed .

Great tries and recovery. The part I liked most is you didn't give up and kept going. Great thing you didn't lose any of your gears too.
Thanks for posting your experience ![]() |
