there are at least 2 velcro attachment points holding it down.

Looks like 2 harbor freight straps "holding boat down". 4 pack of those straps costs 7.99 with the coupon. working load is 400 lb. The release mechanism sucks. Dude problably got it on there, couldn't get it off, and has been driving around with it ever since. I mean you want to cut up 4 bucks worth of tiedowns.
