looks delicious!!! My father in law made some bugs and rockfish and turf on the bbq. marinaded the rocks in italian dressing. came out delicious!

Thanks for the write up. I'll try this next time. I usually just cook em in garlic butter over low heat.


The breadcrumb thing was a joke. No need to get your knickers in a knot.

Ummmm, I think its pretty clear my knickers stay unknotted. I could care less about other people's negative vibes. Im just doing what I love and sharing my experiences with others. And for the record, I don't consider a little charring "burnt" that's how my grandma's Southern style breaded pork chops came out and that's how I prefer anything pan fried. You can cook yours to your own liking.
