I have put 20+ miles on my kayak in one day, according to the Lowrance Odometer. I was out for over 14 hours, sunrise to sunset. It's doable pending weather conditions are right

Tell the truth, out of 14 hours you were only peddling, what maybe half of that time? The rest of that time you were fishing. Had you peddled 14 hours straight you should have done 30+ miles. That is only 2 mph and you could probabally average over 3.

Yeah that sounds about right. Crusing speed of a PA with calm winds and swell is about 2.5-3.0 without roasting your legs, you can easily do 5.5-6.0 sprints but that only lasts a few minutes.
