There's BS online but like dos ballenas said if you want accurate science in general you have to go to peer reviewed scientific sources because that's where the real science get's published for review by others in the field. When he asked for peer reviewed info it was actually kind of amusing, because I knew it was out there, and wouldn't be that hard to find.

Those sources in the last post are current and legit. I probably should of posted some right away, but I though I like writing I really hate having to search for things or look things up.
