depending where you launch/land....dhs might send their recon dolphins or pursuer porpoises after you!

cool stuff right there....but why not use the compressed air for propulsion as well? route air to go to propulsion mechanism then to ballasts and cabin?

Set up a few trolling lines so that you can troll through kelp instead of around it.
