Do that trick, flip it back down over the the hook (barbless, very tip removed), snap the photo, flip back up, take the hook away, and post the photo anywhere on the internet. From a pain standpoint I would hope that's the case. But nowadays with everyone trying to the next big "Internet Star", maybe it's real, maybe it's not, just saying...
