The fifth kayaker eluded aurhoritys by surfing all the way to shore through 8foot waves before fleeing on foot. Witnesses say the man is a caucasian male and wore a fedora.

They did not cheap out on the seats, looks like Surf to Summit Pros
 Camoed out all the same paddling north across the border..............pendejo! funny that we always chuckle when the federales knock on the kayak hulls on top of the truck |
