I use zip lock baggy and a small bungee cord. Works like a champ! When I done I throw it away.

I used a plastic bag once
It got a hole, and 9 months later...
Nvm This dry bag was $9.99 I cut small slits for the cables and one for the ram ball mount. I'm sad to say the longest part was driving to wal mart... |

The larger rings on the cables actually make a snug fit with the fabric when plugged in. Some science I think. Anyways..
