Sounds like a rod and reel a snorkeler found on Sunday late morning. Said he was going to leave it at the lifeguard tower. I'm sure you can call them in the phone tomorrow.

Yeah, as a matter of fact the guy that found the rod was asking around if anybody owned it....i do remember that he said he was going to drop it off at the lifeguard station.

Lots of rods went into the drink sunday...you wernt the only one.

Unfortunately the lifegaurd tower didn't received any of my items. Hope the guy finds this site ok. On another note if anyone has a cheap yellowtail setup I can buy hot me up. I still have jig stick for slinging irons. Need a bait setup.

my first roll over in my PA was humiliating. Ankle slappers but had my rudder down.. everything was stowed away but my glasses. lost them $500 bucks to replace.

Rule #26: Don't wear $500 dollar sunglasses on the kayak

Glad everyone is OK, sounds like it was an absolute shit show on Sunday!

I'm sure people got fish though...

Just received my replacement phone in the mail after a $170 deductible. I figure with the gear I lost and the phone, on top of gas to get down there, Sunday was about a $600 fishing trip...... Should have just went to baja.....

Ouch sorry to hear that. That's more like 2 baja trips or a 3 day tuna trip.

Today was horrible out there.
