Hobie Outrigger AMa Sidekick Mod:
After,I got my KayakSailor, which I have so much fun in by the way. I was in need of some outriggers. I got contacted by one of my buddies and he told me he had a spare.
This friend made a solid steel support beam that is so heavy it can be used to kill someone with one blow, so I decided to stay away from using his reinforced steel beam for now. I needed to come up with an idea on how to make them not interfere with my paddle stroke. For now, I decided on some 3/4 PVC. I will put them to test this weekend.
