 Try this out: Mix equal parts sugar and salt, add a bit of Cajun seasoning. Coat one of the loins generously and roll with plastic wrap. Place in fridge overnight. Gently rinse of coating, pat dry, slice up and enjoy. |

Nothing wrong with that picture except it needed to be rotated, otherwise 2 Yellows on the deck makes it a great picture. Congrats!
