Beer is OK for a non-motorized vehicle.

That was the downfall of the legendary X-Wing Kayak, add a motor - remove the beer.

Warning, you will be dumber after reading the entire thread....

Can you get a paddling under the influence (PUI)?

I know they can get you on a bicycle for DUI...

Everything in moderation. And Please be sure to wear your PFD. Remember you may have to get into a vehicle to drive home aferward.
