Yup. Some dudes flipped and lost their paddle! Wtf?? Why wouldn't you leash your paddle? That's your life line in the yak!

I never leash my paddle on launch and landings.... Too easy to get tangled in it if I roll. It's always leashed though when I'm fishing.
