fish near the bottom, drop and bounce
button down drag(as much as u can considering line weight) give it some action hold on I like xmas tree swimbaits, 5 to 6 inch or bigger megabait jigs, or similar style and sometimes diamond jigs fav spot, Cambria have had good days using live bait on dropper loop and Carolina rig but prefer artificial |

Greenback mackerel, bigger is better....heavy dropper loop. Big hook.

Also bounce the heavy lead on the rocks while you drift, makes em angry.
