Hey, Kayak_Bernie
I was fishing between J street and the Cays. VERY shallow water 2-3 feet. Its great because most boats cannot access this water and you can sight cast! I saw these fish swimming in packs like a pack of blood thirsty Wolves looking for anything wounded or vulnerable. Lots oh Halibut breaching the water too! It was one of those moments a kayak angler gets to witnesses and cherish. Pretty certain you can find these fish anywhere shallow. Just keep your eyes peeled to hopefully spot small fry fish bursting off the surface, most likely trying to evade Corv. Hope this info helps!
