I think the two mile stretch being closed is from the sewage spill into the ocean. That was like a week ago. Everything is being investigated, but was reported as a power failure. I sure hope it wasn't a power failure though.

SC beaches adjacent to the pier were red flagged for the shark sighting until 4:00pm today per SC lifeguards.

The poo spill was coincidental.
