$25 fish finders at Home depot
for clear water fishing- use a 5 gallon home depot and glue a piece of clear plexiglass on the bottom. Submerge the bucket 18" underwater...

Go to the pet store and buy a parakeet and toss him into the bucket and you'll have inexpensive chirp.
