Was fishing with a buddy at san O a couple of weeks ago. We were harassed by a 7-9 ft juvi GWS in 40 ft of water.

NO doubt about it they live or visit areas you like to SW fish.

When you see one, you'll have to decide what to do. Made me think about what I did right and wrong. One thing was for sure, hard to drop a hooked bait with it swimming around the kayak.

We're both alive and the shark wasn't aggressive. So this one we saw wasn't a problem. Got me to think that the one you ought to be afraid of is the one you don't see.
