Leopards are a fun fish to catch and a good fight to say the least, eat it if you want to eat it!! Have fun fishing! I know a lot of people who have eaten Leopard and say it's all in how you prepare it, glad you had fun and enjoyed a meal or a few out of it!! Nice job!! The best fisherman on the water is the guy having the most fun!!

If you gonna keep a leopard, gut it
right away. Otherwise those heavy
metals stored in their livers contanimate
the meat with a heavy metal taste.
