I went out of Newport last Sat and Sun and caught no bonito. Two weeks ago, I did. Maybe it slowed down, more likely it's my skills or lack there of.

Ha ha ha, my skills probably aren't any better so I'll probably go the idiot-proof route and drag a chunk of squid around

My buddy and I will be trying for the spotted fish if the bonito don't pan out for you. But, if I get me FF rigged up then off to try for rockfish it is!
