Your recipe have inspired me to expand how I cook my catch and allowed me to dabble into smoking fish and meat.
Now I'm looking for a recipe for lobster with some type of gravy. Most of the recipes I have found use butter. I love gravy, not so keen on butter. |

After drooling over each picture I had to try a recipe for myself... I decided on the Yellowtail spring rolls for dinner on friday. Wow, they did not disappoint. My girlfriend and I crushed these things! Great recipe Yanni, thanks!
