To me the best investment is a quality seat. You're gonna be in it for hours and a sore ass n numb legs make yakking a misery.
2nd, if you have a paddle yak, is a good light carbon paddle. In the shop or on the sand the difference in weight between a great paddle and a decent paddle doesn't feel like much. But after hours of paddling you'll really notice. Mike |
