Figured it might be something like that.
Ah, so once in HH, you're limited to the space between the Warner Rd bridge and the PCH bridge? How about the wetlands in there? I see there is a Nat Refuge area that's buoyed off, but it looks like the most NW arm is open...? |

Technically not allowed within 100 yards..........we have fished Esther (mile off Seal Beach) we launched from Seal Beach, from the kayaks at night and fished within 10 yards while a crew man fished right from the platform. Ticket-able offense.........maybe
