Weekend crowd + high tide = mess. At least the tide wasn't in the street. It can be worse.

You should also see the lines at the bait receivers at Mission Bay and San Diego bay. You might be waiting up to an hour just to get bait. Was at MB last week and it took over 45 minutes to get a half scoop.
