Also go lurk hard on Bloody Decks. Search for your rods (e.g. "Seeker 270") and you'll get a dozen serious discussion on what line class each rod is best fished.
You can list your rod and reel combos here, too, and maybe people will chime in. OR, like Mahigeer said, go to Squidco and tell them to set each one up right. |

SquidCo is a class operation.
I have not had the pleasure of going there (I live in LA), but every year they provide the Kid's Derby at Shelter Island with a lot of bait. |
