nope. 50 or 65lb braid. amazon has original power pro in 1500 yrd spools, price will vary. I prefer 65 lb because I feel its easier to work with if a tangle should arise . 50 lb would be more appropriate on smaller sized reels such as your bait maker or if you are fishing plastics for calico. 65 lb is unlikely to bust on anything short of a 150 lb plus thresher. congrats on popping your cherry and posting up.
