Haven’t been to Redondo in years. Thinking about heading out this Sunday. How’s the launching situation these days?

Launch is easy from the hand launch

That's a massive bonito for a kayak range! Could it be >24" long ?
Bonito have a daily limit of 10, size limit: 24" fork length or 5 pounds, but 5 fishes less than the limit may be taken - Sec. 28.32(b).
Years ago they were plentiful inshore but always smaller than 24", so the limit of 5 was (and still is) insufficient.

The ones I got a couple weeks ago were right around 24" 5 was plenty for my needs so we stopped at 5 each. We could easily have hit 10 each within an hour.
