I had a boat owner in Long Beach tell me I can't fish in my kayak next to his boat.
To which I said Call the Police RIGHT now, and we will settle this once and for all.
He just turned and walked away.

I went wednesday last week and the spaces were blocked that morning, too

I was there yesterday and no signs all was normal.
