Just watched the video again

If you go on Instagram and search rockcod la Jolla you can watch the video clip. The guys commit was fishing the rock fish opener here in la Jolla might be the best fishing I ever had fishing from a kayak as he's winding 10 rock fish Hopefully the video is old and the guy is legal, if not what an idiot.
