OEX has always treated me fair and with respect.

So how many times did you demo before this without buying a kayak? And you tried to make them compete against themselves for a better price? And now you complain about their customer service? Now it's starting to come together.
I'm in retail too, I would've given you the boot a long time ago. The rest of us will continue to support the best kayak fishing biz in town. I think West Marine has Mainstreams in stock. |

Well the nice thing about this is that everyone has come together in support of OEX. Instead of hurting OEX's reputation, this thread shows how many respect doing business with them. By the way, how many MLPA meetings have you been to? OEX staff has been there to represent! Find something more constructive to do with your time and get out on the water to fish while you still can. Don't knock down one of our own who supports this site and our community. That is all, carry on...

I think that the fact you even got to paddle once is better then none. Most shops don't even let you paddle them let alone have the mission bay location. I think if you made it clear your goals were, Brett and CJ would have bent over to help. Sucks you feel that way and you post it here.
